On their own, wine and cheese represent a world of a thousand different pleasures. Combined they open a whole new dimension. But not every cheese goes well with every wine. Leave it to Wein & Co. to honour the combination.

Workshop host Joe Peinsipp puts together an optimal combination of assorted Austrian cheeses, which are then paired with their ideal wine, for your tasting. Entry €55. VinoCard-Holders €49.
